This fund spending proposal was submitted by the Terra Rebels team and passed through an on-chain vote with a majority in favor. The proposal outlines three main focuses for the use of funds, namely:

1. Project Development (100 Million LUNC)

These funds are allocated to fund the development of various important projects in the Luna Classic ecosystem. Among them are the development of the Terra Classic protocol, new decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, and new tools for developers. This is expected to improve functionality and attract new users.

2. Marketing (50 Million LUNC)
