5 Reasons Why MemeFi Airdrop is Called a Scam: It's Proven to be True!

MemeFi offers a "Tap to Earn" business model, which claims to give users rewards simply by clicking on the screen. However, in reality, to still be able to participate in this program, users are required to make daily transactions of 0.2 tons, which is equivalent to around 1 US dollar or IDR 15,000. 

This tactic is considered a form of exploitation of the community, where users are forced to spend money to continue playing, without a clear guarantee of profit.

High Premium Fees

Apart from that, users are also required to purchase premium access at a cost of 1 Ton, or around 5.27 US dollars (Rp. 81,000). Many consider these fees unreasonable, considering that there are no obvious additional benefits from the services offered. 

The existence of these fees only adds to the financial burden for users trapped in the system, further exacerbating negative perceptions about the project.

New Fraudulent Practices

MemeFi recently launched a "Buy 1, Get 3" scheme at a price of 5 Tons, which is equivalent to around 26 US dollars (Rp. 400,000). AJK Crypto considers this move as a new strategy to attract more funds from the community. 

With this scheme, trapped users will continue to be forced to spend money, creating a vicious cycle that is difficult to escape and further worsening their financial situation.

Harm to Community

This project not only exploits users' money, but also destroys the spirit of the community. AJK Crypto notes that many users have spent months earning points in the game, only to see new people paying earn more coins in a short time. 

This unfairness can make users feel that their invested effort and time were wasted, potentially destroying their confidence in similar projects in the future.

AJK Crypto emphasized that Ton Blockchain needs to take firm steps to stop projects that abuse the “Tap to Earn” system. As part of the broader blockchain community, it is important to protect users from detrimental fraud schemes. 

If no action is taken, the blockchain's reputation as well as user trust could be threatened, creating a negative impact on the entire cryptocurrency ecosystem.
