XLM Price Analysis: Should You Buy XLM in April? 

Bittime - In the past week, the Stellar (XLM) price rose about 11%, with a market capitalization of $9 billion. 

This bullish trend indicates that XLM has the potential to resume its upward trajectory after a period of consolidation. So, should you buy XLM in April? Read this article for XLM price analysis!

XLM Price Analysis: RSI Indicator

Based on the Bittime market, today's XLM price is at IDR 4,959 or $0.30, up 2.18% in the last 24 hours when this article was written.

Meanwhile, Stellar RSI is at the level of 68.04, up significantly from 44.21 in just three days. This increase indicates increased buying interest which could push the XLM price higher if momentum remains strong.

However, Stellar's RSI has not touched 70 since March 2, which means that despite the increase in buying activity, the asset has not entered the overbought zone.

With XLM's RSI currently at 68.04, the trend is still positive, but the failure to break 70 since early March suggests the market is still waiting for further confirmation before pushing XLM prices higher.

AXLM Price analysis: DMI Index

Other than that, XLM price analysis using Directional Movement Index (DMI) indicating that buyers are still in control. 

The ADX Stellar indicator is currently at 30.63, up sharply from 16.2 in just two days. The significant increase in ADX confirms that the current trend is gaining strength. 

Meanwhile, the +DI line, which measures buying pressure, was at 21.77, down slightly from 24.5 the day before. On the other hand, the -DI line, which reflects selling pressure, fell from 8.65 to 7.34.

Despite a slight decline in buying power, the gap between the +DI and -DI lines is still quite wide, meaning the bullish trend remains dominant, but a small decline in the +DI could be an early signal that momentum may be starting to weaken.

With the ADX continuing to rise and the +DI line still above the -DI, ​​XLM price appears to be in a solid uptrend. The next few days will determine whether buyers are able to maintain this momentum.

XLM Price Analysis: Break $0.40?

Indicator Exponential Moving Average (EMA) shows signs of a possible surge in the price of XLM. 

Currently, the short-term moving average is starting to approach its crossover point with the long-term moving average. If this crossing occurs, a pattern will form golden cross—a strong signal that the bullish trend is likely to continue.

With this pattern, XLM price could potentially rise towards $0.30, then to the next resistance levels around $0.349 and $0.375. If momentum continues to increase, it is not impossible for XLM to break the $0.40 mark in the near future.

However, if the pattern golden cross failed to form and instead turned down, XLM could test the support level around $0.27. If this level does not hold, potential further declines could take the price to $0.25 or even $0.22 if selling pressure increases.

Looking at technical indicators, Stellar (XLM) price is still in a bullish trend with strong buying pressure. RSI suggests there is room for further upside, while DMI confirms that the trend is still in favor of buyers.

If XLM price manages to break the key resistance level, the opportunity to reach $0.40 in April is quite open. Conversely, if selling pressure increases, the price could be corrected to a lower support level.
