Data from Polymarket shows that there is only a 12% chance Bitcoin will reach $120,000 by the end of January 2025.  

Meanwhile, Kalshi points out that there is a 59% chance of Bitcoin price reaching $125,000 or more before 2026. 

In fact, 35% of these predictions point to a price of $150,000, while 29% are optimistic that Bitcoin could touch $160,000.

Factor that Influence Bitcoin Price

There are several factors that can influence Bitcoin price in 2025. One of them is the potential policy of US President-elect, Donald Trump. 

The Trump campaign is considering building a national Bitcoin strategic reserve, which could trigger positive sentiment in the market and push Bitcoin prices up in 2025.

Possibility of Bitcoin Price Break $200K

On Polymarket, bets on Bitcoin prices at the end of January are quite mixed. With trading activity of around $6.2 million, the top option shows a 61% chance that Bitcoin's price will be at $90,000, followed by $105,000 with a 41% chance. 

For higher prices, such as $120,000, the odds drop to 12%, and only 1% are optimistic Bitcoin can reach $200,000.

Predictions for March 2025 show a similar pattern. The $90,000 price leads with a 76% chance, followed by $110,000 (64%) and $120,000 (43%). Meanwhile, the chance of Bitcoin price reaching $200,000 by the end of March is only 7%.

Even though the chances of Bitcoin price reaching $200,000 in 2025 seem slim, optimism in the market remains high. Activity on prediction platforms reflects optimism about possible factors influence Bitcoin price.
