OKX Delisting MSN Token, Meson Network to Launch Public-Chain

Bittime - Following the news of the delisting of Smart Layer's SLN token, OKX has also delisted Meson Network's MSN token. OKX's decision caused disappointment. The CEO of Meson Network also responded to this situation.

Response to Delisting MSN Token 

Sherlock Shi, CEO of Meson Network, responded to OKX's decision by saying that although this decision is disappointing, Meson Network will continue to work towards achieving its goals and complying with the requirements set by OKX. 

This decision to delist MSN tokens not only brings challenges, but also provides an opportunity for Meson Network to reaffirm its commitment to its long-term mission.

Meson Network Market is not Affected by Token Prices

Meson Network operates in a unique market, namely the bandwidth market. This project provides dynamic and static IP proxy services. 

Meson Network has a strong customer base in the internet space, where demand for proxy services is not easily affected by token price fluctuations. 

This shows that Meson Network has a stable business foundation and is not completely dependent on token prices for its sustainability.

Model of MSN Token 

Sherlock Shi also explained the rationale behind Meson Network's use of a token model. In traditional markets, resource pooling often relies on sales or advertising-based models. 

However, Meson Network chose a token-based model because it is considered more efficient in providing a smoother experience and an easier way to acquire resources.

This model allows users to access services without having to rely on traditional methods that often require additional costs or intrusive advertising.

Meson Network Public-Chain

Apart from that, Meson Network is also developing its own public-chain, which is named Epic: Meson-3.0. The decision to develop a public chain was driven by the need to meet specific market demands. 

In implementing their system, Meson Network evaluated various existing Layer 1 solutions, but ultimately decided to design their own chain.

Meson Network has found product-market fit for their residential-based IP products. Sherlock Shi emphasized that the company's main focus now is increasing the number of nodes and revenue scale for these products.
