Pavel Durov Arrested, His Girlfriend Gives Explanation

Bittime - Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, was recently arrested in France about twenty-four hours ago. However, it was not only Durov who was involved in this arrest. A mysterious woman, thought to be his girlfriend, was also arrested with him.
