Validators can earn block rewards and transaction fees by staking $S tokens, with the reward rate reaching 3.5% when 50% of the network is staked.

At launch, there will be 3.175 billion $S tokens available, which can be converted at a 1:1 ratio with FTM tokens. Additionally, additional tokens will be minted for certain programs, but unused tokens will be burned to prevent inflation.

How to Get Sonic Labs ($S) Token Airdrop

To get the Sonic Labs ($S) token airdrop, there are several steps you need to follow. First, if you have technical skills, consider joining Sonic Labs' Developer path. 

The Sonic Boom program offers up to 30 winning projects the opportunity to receive an airdrop. Registration for this program is open until November 1, 2024.

Next, you need to complete the Road to Sonic Galxe Quest, which consists of six different series of tasks, such as bridging, trading, and social tasks. All these tasks must be completed before the end of October 2024.

The third task involves depositing a minimum of 20 FTM on Polter Finance and trading 30 FTM on Degen Express. In the fourth task, you need to exchange at least 20 USD of assets in Spooky Swap v3 and complete other social tasks.
