Tether: Authorization Without Issuance

CEO Tether, Paolo Ardoino, provides clarification regarding this massive printing. According to Ardoino, printing 1 billion USDT This is to increase inventory on the Tron network. 

This transaction is authorized, but not yet issued, which means that this additional issuance will be used for subsequent issuance requests and for cross-chain exchange inventory.

Ardoino emphasized that this is a strategic move to ensure that the Tron network has enough USDT supply to meet market demand that may increase in the future.
