Flickplay, an NFT interactive character platform, has teamed up with Bandai Namco Entertainment to launch a Pokémon Go-style scavenger hunt in celebration of the 45th anniversary of the classic arcade game, Pac-Man.

Scheduled to debut in February 2025, the partnership will kick off with the launch of two series of exclusive digital collectible Pac-Man “toys.” 

The first collection will only be available to those in Shibuya, Japan, where Pac-Man first appeared in the 1980s, in a Pokémon Go-style scavenger hunt. The second collection will be available globally via the Flickplay store.
