According to a DeepChao TechFlow report, the Uniswap Foundation holds 680,000 UNI tokens and $36.81 million in stablecoins and cash. These funds are estimated to be sufficient to support operations until the end of 2025.

Uniswap Grant and Incentive Commitment

The Uniswap Foundation's financial report shows that $26.12 million of its total funds was allocated to grants and incentives. In the second quarter of 2024, the foundation made a grant commitment of $3.22 million with actual disbursements of $2.48 million; through June 30, 2024, the foundation's total grants totaled $7.55 million with actual disbursements of $5.27 million.

What are Uniswap's operating costs like?

In the first half of this year, the foundation incurred $1.6 million in operating expenses in the second quarter of 2024. These costs would reach $2.63 million cumulatively if the cost of employee benefits in the form of UNI tokens were eliminated. Salaries, contractual and professional fees, office expenses, outside activities, advertising and marketing, and insurance are the foundation's primary expenses.
